The good bites topic of today is "how to make creamy milkshake without cream!"

THE SIMPLE AND THE FABULOUS

A few scoops of ice-cream plus blending are all it takes to make the traditional milkshake.
It's creamy and yummy but probably not low fat.

We want to introduce this "new" milkshake that is easy-made, healthy, non-fat, supper yummy and fresh. The two flavors we demonstrate today are: strawberry banana milkshake and green tea banana milkshake.

Ingredients: fresh strawberry and banana
matcha (green tea) powder
milk (your choice of whole, low fat or non fat milk)

Prepare time: less than 5 minutes of each cup

Steps: chop the strawberry and banana,
put the strawberry and banana (or matcha and banana) into the blender
add milk and blend

Probably you've found the secret behind.
That is right. Banan is the secret for making this natural creamy milkshake!
What are the nutrition facts of banana? Check out the article below.

Banana: "One banana contains 467mg of potassium, providing powerful protection to the cardiovascular system. Another benefit to bananas high potassium content derives from that mineral's role as an energy-supplying electrolyte. Since bananas also contain tryptophan, serotonin and norepinephrine, they help prevent depression while encouraging feelings of well-being and relaxation. In addition, the vitamin B6 in bananas helps protect against sleeplessness, mood swings and irritability." (Resource: Banana nutrition facts)
